OUR COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

At ON Spaces, we believe in creating environments where individuals not only live and work, but truly thrive.

Our community is one of collaboration, innovation, and respect, where members can focus on their tasks, expand their networks, and build meaningful relationships. These guidelines aim to foster a healthy, safe, and supportive space for everyone.

We ask all tenants and visitors to respect the following principles and behaviors to help maintain the integrity and spirit of our community:

Core Values

1. Respect

We honor the inherent worth of every individual and respect our shared environment. This includes a commitment to sustainability and care for the world around us.

2. Collaboration

We value diverse perspectives and ideas. Through open communication and mutual respect, we work together to create meaningful and effective solutions.

3. Recognition & Gratitude

We encourage an atmosphere of appreciation, where each person’s contributions are valued. Celebrating both big and small achievements fosters a positive, collective mindset.

4. Truth & Accountability

Transparency and honesty are fundamental to our community. We hold ourselves accountable for our actions and decisions, creating a space of trust and openness.

General Guidelines

By becoming a part of the ON CoWorking Community, members agree to uphold the following guidelines:

  • Mutual Respect & Care

Creating a space of inclusion, access and belonging requires our mutual consideration and care. We are kind, welcoming, and hospitable to each other, valuing each other's time and space.

  • Cleanliness

We maintain a tidy environment. We leave spaces and equipment as we have found them, and clean up after ourselves.

  • Responsibility for Equipment

We take care of all equipment and consumables provided, and report any damage or issues to Management promptly.

  • Safety

We keep doors and windows to the space closed and secure at all times. We notify the community manager of any visitors to ensure a safe environment.

  • Personal Belongings

We take responsibility for our belonging and do not leave items unattended in the common areas of the space.

  • Respect for Space

We use the coworking space as a professional workspace, not just for socializing. We consider everyone’s needs.

Shared Spaces and Equipment

  • Workspace Use & Hours of Operation

The CoWork Space is open from the hours of 8:00-18:00. Should tenants or other users require the use of the space outside of these hours, they must communicate with the Community Manager in advance to ensure that staff are available to support such an endeavor.

  • Furniture and Decorations

Each workspace includes a desk, chair, and Wi-Fi (internet access). Please respect these areas and leave them in good condition.

*Personal furniture and posters cannot be brought into the space without prior approval from the community manager.

Energy Usage:

  • Temperature Control

Be mindful of the workspace temperature to ensure comfort for everyone. Avoid overheating or cooling excessively, as it impacts both energy consumption and the environment. Cooling and heating systems must run according to management guidelines.

  • Utility Usage

Minimizing our energy footprint: Please note that all lights/machines and a/c’s , must be turned off when not using the space.

  • Negligence

  • Shared Kitchenette

All users are responsible for keeping the kitchenette tidy:

    • All dishes should be washed and stored in their proper place. If you choose to use the dishwasher, make sure to run it by the end of the day or if full.

    • If you choose to store food in the refrigerator, please do not keep it for more than 3 days at a time in the fridge so as to ensure that all have the ability to use fridge space and to keep food from going bad.

    • Trash & Recycling of plastics, papers, and glass are available to our community. We ask that you also keep this area clean and that you use the appropriate receptacles for trash and for recycling as labeled.

    • Given the size of the kitchen, please do not use this area for the disposal of large items. Instead, you can take larger items out of the building to be disposed of. If you need assistance, please contact the Community Manager.

  • Consumables

Consumables such as coffee, fruit, and water are available for everyone. Please use these in moderation to ensure they are available to all.

  • Common Areas

Everyone is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces. Ensure that you clean up your desk, dispose of trash, and recycle whenever possible.

  • End-of-Day Routine

Please make sure your workspace is tidy at the end of the day. This helps ensure a pleasant environment for everyone the next day.

  • General Cleaning

Weekly cleaning of shared spaces is handled by ON Spaces, but your contribution to maintaining tidiness is vital. As noted above, our team is not responsible for your individual use of dishes, separating your trash and recyclables or for throwing out your refrigerated items.
